International Graduate Scholarships Finnish Meteorological Institute (FMI) in cooperation with the University of Helsinki Environment Centre (HENVI) offers a position for a doctoral student in connection with the project and to recast WARRANT [1]. The position is research theme concerns the influence of ecosystem services - in relation to natural weather-related facilities and danger - on the value of urban real estate market. The projects provide a broader context of research related to urban resilience to natural hazards and climate change and the sustainability of cities in general.

Willingness and skills to operate in a multi-disciplinary projects and extensive networks are important. Work in this project is expected to generate dissertation.The salary will be based on level 1-4 of chart-level needs for teaching and research personnel in the salary system of Finnish universities. In addition, the designated will be paid salary component based on personal performance.
